1-Potato and lemon mask
Potato is considered as an effective anti-aging beauty agent, particularly in warding off wrinkles.
It also helps to soften your skin as well as keep wrinkles at bay.
You will need only 2 ingredients, 1 potato and half lemon.
Blend the potato put it into a bowl and gradually add the lemon juice, mix it all together with a spoon.
Apply the mix to your face with gentle circular movements and let it stay for 20 minutes.
Wash the mask off with water.
( in just 3 nights you'll see that your skin is once again free of blemishes and sunspots.)
2- Lemon mask
Lemon has many beauty benefits, such as lightening dark spots on your skin, lightening skin complexion, evening out skin tone, treating oily complexion and so on-
You will need 1 Egg white, 1tsp honey, 1tsp milk and 1tsp lemon juice.
First whisk the egg white
Add the rest of the ingredient to the egg white foam and stir everything well.
Apply the facial mask carefully and leave it on for 15 minutes.
Remove the mask using a warm compress and rinse your face with water.
3- Oatmeal mask
Oats can be used to soothe the sunburnt skin owing to soothing, anti oxidant, healing and moisturising properties.
1tsp of oatmeal, 1tsp olive oil, 1sour green apple, 1tsp honey. 2tsp yogurt and 1tsp lemon juice.
Whisk the oatmeal in a blender and then grate the apple.
Take 3 bowls. Use the first bowl to mix the oatmeal and olive oil.
Mix the ground apple pulp honey in the second bowl.
In the third bowl mix the yogurt and lemon juice.
Apply the mask in layers using a makeup brush
Apply a mixture of oatmeal and olive oil, let the mix dry a bit.
Then apply the mixture of ground apple and honey, leave it to dry for 5 minutes.
Finally apply a mixture of yogurt and lemon juice and wait another 5minutes.
In total the mask stays on your face just for 15 minutes.
4- Turmeric mask
Try this mask to soothe skin irritation, treat burns and relieve the pain of sunburns. The mixture also reduces inflammation and facial redness and promotes skin healing.
You will need 1tsp powered turmeric, 1tsp avocado, 1tsp yogurt ( make sure that you use the right type of yogurt. Greek yogurt is particularly useful.)
Mash the avocado using a blender until you get a smooth pulp.
Put the avocado puree, the turmeric and the yogurt into a small bowl, stir everything thoroughly .
Rinse your face and apply the mask on your face.
Leave the mask on for 5 minute and then wash it off ( Keep in mind that this mask can stick to your hair along the hairline, so avoid this and put your hair in a bun)
5- Chocolate and oatmeal mask
Use this mask if you suffer from the oily, acne- prone, dry or sensitive skin.
You will need 1/3 cacao powder, 1/4 cup honey, 2tbsp heavy or sour cream and 3tbsp oatmeal powder.
Put the oats in a blender, then put the ingredients into a small bowl and stir everything using a spoon.
Once the mask is ready,
Apply it to your face as quickly as possible
Massage your face lightly
Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes.
