All my life I have suffered with my skin not only my face skin but my whole-body skin, I used to have constant rash from face to the bottom of my legs, my mom went crazy on remedies to ease the pain so imagine how that was living in a place where the weather was too hot.
It is important to understand what type of skin you have, because that way you will know in what direction you will go when it comes to choose specifics.
Anyways, now I have tried to educate more and more myself about my skin as well as how to treat it. I know now that I have oily skin and these steps have helped me massively to pop a natural glow without looking all shiny and greasy but still healthy with rosy baby face texture.
- Clean/ Exfoliate my skin on an everyday basis but once a day (I prefer at night).
This is a light exfoliation using your hands and a gentle scrub with micro-exfoliating beads or with a liquid soap but using a face sponge. I use this one.
- Use a Tonic after washing your face.
The tonic will help you remove completely all the particles that were left in your skin that your eye cannot perceive even after washing your face. I use this one.
- Using an oil-free Moisturizing cream/gel.
After using the tonic your skin feel a bit dry since you are deep cleansing your skin, so you need to apply cream gently on your face not making lots of pressure. I prefer to apply it at night since it is when the skin regenerates better. I use this one.
I usually follow these 3 easy steps at night before going to bed and I seriously have noticed a big change in the way my skin looks without make up at all, which is what I aim to have; a pretty skin with or without make up.
