BOCONÓ
The City of Boconó, is located southeast of Trujillo State, in Venezuela, it is the second municipality of the state in population and of economic importance. It has very nice parks and avenues, an impressive church that can be seen from afar with a large tower. Boconó is a town with a lot of history, progressive people. Boconó is characterized by its splendid mountains, its crystal clear rivers, and its pleasant climate.
This beautiful image is taken inside the Church and outside you can see the square with its beautiful trees
This is a very characteristic tree of the area, there are many in the square, they call it "old man's beard". It is a kind of moss, (a very funny name).
Sanctuary of San Alejo is the Mother Church of the municipality Boconó, It is located in the center of the city in Plaza Bolívar.
This temple was built in the same place where was the old church of Boconó that corresponded to the second half of the XVIII century, the structures of the church are modern, it is also of great height. In the main tower there is a clock and a bell tower.
Hermoso pueblo, tuve el placer de conocerlo y la verdad es bellisimo
Es cierto y lo mejor es el clima.. Saludos
The first photo is absolutely stunning, I love the and angle and that tree with the dangling moss is quite amazing !
The sanctuary of san Alejo is amazing, quite an ornate structure and a jaunty angle for the photo too.
