You can find incredibles and beautiful sandy beaches with clear, fresh and bluewater along of the shores of Lake Huron since Kettle Point, Forest, Ipperwash until Grand Bend.
However, the County has a strict control of the water, because takes water samples at public beaches each week to monitor beach water quality, because the idea is to know the levels of bacteria or other contaminants that could cause negative health effects associated with swimming.
The most popular are Grand Bend and Ipperwash beaches, located at Pinery Provincial Park and they offers around 10 km of beaches, including activities as camping, canoeing, hiking, and biking.
