The location itself is not far from downtown Pacitan. Though still a line with Teleng Ria Beach, the difference is the waves of the ocean at the larger Pancer Beach. This big waves are often used by the surfers to show their virtue against the high waves. So no wonder if the Beach Pancer Door is often used to play surf by domestic and foreign tourists.
For visitors who like to surf, Pancer is also ready to pamper with the waves. There are two types of waves here, the waves bertipe beach break and river mouth break. With a sandy seabed, this beach is suitable for all surfers, including both beginner and learning surfers. When it is receding, surfers often get a barrel. While the tide is a good time for beginners to have fun. May to October is the best time to surf in Pancer.
Along with the development of time, the beach in the east which is also still a coastline with Teleng Ria Beach also began to clean up. Local government began to pay attention to the potential of this beach and little by little began to build facilities there. Currently the facilities that have been built around Pancer Door beach location, among others, green open park for family recreation, campground, sports area, and there is also a window of geopark that became a new icon of Pacitan city.
