Do you believe people have a tendency towards the negative side of things? It seems that humans are selfish creatures who act mostly in their own interests. Always they fight for, think for or desire to get a better portion than others and It's a common scenario, you will watch If you look over societies for a while. I am not saying that taking a better portion is a nasty thing. But have you asked yourself while taking the better portion of anything, Am I doing anyone else any harm just to benefit myself?

While a part of me nods to this statement, the another me thinks about a third entity that neither regrets nor fears the tomorrow, rather, it lives with what happened in the past and makes fun of those poor moments. I bet many of us do the same but are too shy to share it even with the dearest ones as society only accepts if you say that you’ve learned from your mistake and now trying to make it up. Any deviation from this and you belong to the gone to dogs category— very stereotypical and juvenile.

আজ আমার বু'র (দাদি) মৃত্যু বার্ষিকী। আমার জন্মের ঠিক ৪ দিন আগে আমার দাদি মারা যান। বাসার সবাই বলে আমি দেখতে অনেকটা বুর মতন হয়েছি.. চেহারা, স্বভাব দুই দিক থেকেই। বাবা আমার দিকে তাকায় মাঝে মাঝে বলে, "তোমাকে দেখে হুট করে মায়ের মত লাগলো, তার চুলও এমন গুয়ামুড়ি (কোঁকড়া) ছিলো"। বু শুরু থেকেই আমাদের গ্রামের বাড়িতে থাকতো। দাদা অসুখ হয়ে যখন মারা যান ওনাদের দাম্পত্যের বয়স তখন ১৫ বছর, আর বুর বয়স ৩৫।
