As BCShop.io mainnet has been launched, it’s time to learn how the platform can be used to serve real crypto currency users needs. Today we will showcase several examples which are completely functional already, helping to move Ethereum blockchain usage to the next level.

P2P ETH trading

Alice wants to buy some ETH but she is not registered on any exchange and does not want to do so. Alice finds fellow Bob who sells ETH at a market rate. The problem is Alice and Bob don’t trust each other. Alice decides to create deal at BCShop.io platform and attach an escrow to be on a safe side. The deal worth of 100$ looks like this: https://bcshop.io/buy/33.
Since Escrow is attached, Bob is not afraid to send ETH first. In case he does not get payment from Alice, he will open a dispute and will receive his ETH back.

P2P token trading

Bob participated in a token sale and now has a lot of SWEET tokens. Now Bob wants to sell some of the tokens urgently but they are not traded at any exchange yet. Luckily, Bob meets some people in SWEET token’s community who want to purchase some tokens. Bob and those people don’t trust each other and Bob decides to create escrowed deal. The deal of selling 300 SWEET tokens for 0.01 ETH each looks like this: https://bcshop.io/buy/34.
Note that Bob requests wallet address for SWEET tokens right at the moment of purchase so he can send the tokens as soon as payment is received.

In-game purchases

Alice’s company makes great free-to-play games. One day Alice decides that she can save A LOT on fees if she starts accepting ETH for in-game purchases. In order to counter ETH huge volatility Alice decides to specify price in USD so the value of each purchase will be fixed in fiat currency. Here is her deal: https://bcshop.io/buy/40.
During the purchase player’s nickname is requested so game credits can be delivered ASAP.

Legal services

Bob and Alice run international law firm and they find it convenient if their customers will be able to use ETH as a payment. They charge 200$ per hour so they decide to specify price in USD. As their company is trusted one, no escrow is needed. They request client’s name right at the moment of purchase. Their deal looks like this: https://bcshop.io/buy/49

Tickets

Bob organizes crypto conference and he wants to sell 50 tickets for ETH, supporting crypto currency adoption at the same time. Bob is trusted person so no escrow is needed. The deal looks like this: https://bcshop.io/buy/38.
At the moment of purchase Bob requests e-mails to send tickets to and names to prepare named badges for each conference participant.

Discount coupons

Alice decides that her company wants to start targeting crypto currency users. To promote to the new audience she decides to sell limited amount of discount coupons available during month of July. Here is her deal: https://bcshop.io/buy/36.
Since it is June now, the offer is not available yet to purchase, but it will become available automatically during month of July.
As Alice’s company works primarily with fiat money, she decided to specify price in USD to counter ETH volatility.

Additional benefits

If Alice and Bob have some BCS tokens on their wallets they will pay as low as 0.8% fees for usage of the platform and escrow when their products are sold. If no escrow is used the fee is halved to only 0.4%.
If buyers have some BCS tokens on their wallet during purchase of any products they will be eligible to receive cashback rewards.
