Hello guys in this post I compare battery capacity of different iphone 13 models.
5.4 inch iPhone 13 mini - 2400 mAh
6.1 inch iPhone 13 /13 Pro - 3000 mAh
6.7 inch iPhone 13 PM - 4300 mAh
Going from 5.4" to 6.1" you get a 600 mAh increase, but going from 6.1" to 6.7" you get a 1300 mAh increase. How?
My theory is that the since the iPhone Mini uses several shrunken components, like a smaller taptic engine; Going from 5.4" to 6.1" increases the size of not only the battery but also the other components that were shrunken down for the mini.
But assuming the 6.7" uses the same size components as the 6.1", going from 6.1" to 6.7" you get to dedicate all the space to the battery.
Still that doesn't explain the massive 1300 mAh increase imo.
FYI going from 6.0" S22 to 6.6" S22+ gives you a 800 mAh increase
