It was a good combo move I executed yesterday at the Y.
I sort of tweaked my hamstring during that workout. I did a full body workout and then played some basketball and at one point my hamstring clenched up.
I don't think it's a huge deal. I'm going to have to be a little more cautious over the next couple of weeks.
I've had the hamstring and calf pulling issues sporadically and I never know exactly what the full cause is. Likely a combination of just doing leg workouts and then not having enough electrolytes / being slightly dehydrated.
