Introduction post (Boris Kovalčík)

in #basic2 years ago

Boris Kovalčík is my name and game programming is my passion. I am currently attending Ostrovského 1 high school, and making games is an integral part of my life. For years I learned different programming languages and technologies and gradually got into creating simple games. Today I can proudly say that I have learned a lot along the way and have a wealth of experience.

Working on game development is incredibly engaging and fun for me. I feel motivated when I have a goal in front of me and strive to achieve it. Making games gives me room for creativity and developing my skills. For me, it's not just a hobby, but rather a way to learn new things and develop in the field of programming.

The work of making games can be difficult, but the feelings I get when I see my work on the screen are priceless. When I achieve the result I wanted, I feel incredibly proud and motivated to keep going. At the same time, however, I have to be prepared for errors and problems that occur during the creation of games. In such moments, I try to find a solution and learn from my mistakes.

My experience with game creation is mainly gained through my own projects and experimentation. With each new project, I try to use new technologies and solve various problems that come my way. Through this, I learned how to use different tools, how to troubleshoot and how to communicate effectively with others on the team.

I am currently working on several projects that are a real challenge for me. I try to use new technologies and create games that will be fun and interesting for players. Besides making games, I also try to develop my programming skills in other areas and learn new things that I can use in the future.

My experience with English began at school. As English became a global language, I decided to study it more intensively. With the help of my teacher and my own motivation, I became a fluent speaker and writer in English. This skill helped me a lot when I decided to participate in the Erasmus+ program.

My participation in the Erasmus+ program allowed me to discover new cultures and meet new people. Thanks to this experience, I realized how important it is to be open to new ideas and attitudes. In addition, this experience provided an opportunity to teach me new techniques and approaches to game programming, which I now successfully apply in my work.

Overall, I can say that the experience with English and the Erasmus+ program changed me as a person and helped me in my career. My pursuit of continuous development and learning shows that with talent and hard work, he can achieve great success in the future.

Welcome to the Hive community @rajivmarteau!
Piece of advice, do NOT post the same post again, there is a way to do that correctly.
It is called cross-posting, come into the Terminal for learning how to do that.
We sincerely hope you find everything you are looking for and have found a new home here.

Seven suggestions to consider:

  1. Guard your passwords carefully, and only publish with the posting key,
  2. Use your active key only for wallet transactions, Keychain, Peaklock, and Hivesigner,
  3. The master password and the owner key are only used to reset compromised passwords,
  4. DO NOT lose your password or keys; copy and store offline,
  5. Do not publish other people's work, be it photos or written, without credit, and be sure to source all of your work, even if it is your own.
  6. An introduceyourself tag is used only once , and
  7. DO NOT OPEN any links in memos or comments that you do not know who they belong to. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is, so the old saying goes. There is nothing free here.

I found you because @brittandjosie and @jamerussell from @heyhaveyamet presented and promoted your publication to get more exposure and help you grow faster.

If you find yourself overwhelmed and need some guidance, or if you have any questions, there are informed Hiveans available who can help you; you can click to go to The Terminal in Discord here:
