Had a similar experience with three of my Wisdoms. Used to give me killer migraines. I gladly lay on that table awake while they pulled me around it in an attempt to get them out. I don't think mine hit a nerve in my jaw so I was very lucky. Great article @barrycooper.

I remember one hand in my eye and knee on my chest and that was 40 years ago, sorry you had to go through that glad it is over.

lmao, great story.. ugh I need to get mine taken out.. thanks for sharing Barry!!

Thanks Barry for reminding me why I'm glad I did not become a dentist, hope you're feeling better and best wishes for a speedy recovery.

I thought the first sentence was painful enough. Then it got worse. I made it through to the end but I'm NOT watching those videos.

hahaaah. The first video is easy to watch.

This should be published in wikileaks ))

O.o man very painfull experience !

Great post. Upvoted. I had 4 wisdom teeth that decided to take a 90 degree turn in my jaw as well. I was fully anesthetized when they removed them. But, for some reason, I keep the remains (they had to be chopped up to remove) at my desk at work to put "bad days" into perspective.

Shouldn't have read this while eating breakfast... :/

Great story. Having had all 4 of my wizdoms impact, grow forward like tucks. I totally understand what you went through. Nothing quite like the dentist standing on your lap pushing your head back beyond the maximum bend limit and while he wields a knife, chisel, hammer, and pliers. Was a great time. Hope you do well. Remember, no sucking any anything until you are healed, dry socket is pretty unpleasant also.

Nasty is the only word to describe that!

O M G that is one hell of a devil molar....looks like something from the pre-historic age!
Seriously , bet your glad its out and you live to tell the tale...one for the grandchildren. Upvoted with pleasure to help the $$$

Thanks for the love @ladypenelope1

That's Very Painful!
Get well soon!
