There is the option of an escrow account on a no fees decentralised exchange?
A bit more work but it would reduce the risk for you @neoxian and the clients.
Once an established method was set up it would need little oversight. Just a suggestion.

Oh I never borrow!! I just suggest names LOL! You have to give the keys if they want the money, you cant trust them to pay back!
