Maybe you had a different idea in mind, about the plan after AFTER HF20, regarding bandwidth.

Here's how I see things unfold, but I may be wrong.

RCs will continue to be shown as a progress bar on the tools which currently show the bandwidth.

All apps and tools will need to update to interactively add information (as tooltips?) about the cost for each action.

Am I right? I realize these are two separate things, blockchain development and apps/tools development, but how else would these new costs be presented without creating confusion?
