Carboxysomes are protein-based organelles essential for carbon fixation in cyanobacteria and proteobacteria.
Carboxysomes are protein-enclosed bacterial microcompartments within the Cytosol.

Archean Eon is the second of four geologic eons of Earth's history, representing the time from 4,000 to 2,500 million years ago. In this time, the Earth's crust had cooled enough for continents to form and for the earliest known life to start.
findings indicate numerous organisms, which generate more than one type of micro-compartment, probably use an unknown mechanism to prevent negative shell protein interactions.
Bobik noted that the entire impetus of the groundbreaking discovery was an accident.
Almost one-fifth of bacterial genomes generate micro-compartments, and nearly 40 percent of those contain genes for multiple micro-compartments.

Mycoplasma molecular mimicry may be involved in the pathogenesis of AIDS. Antigen similarities between the surface components of pathogenic mycoplasmas and HIV-1 have led to speculation that they use similar mechanisms for cell entry. Interestingly, the HIV‑1 gp120 envelope glycoprotein and M. genitalium adhesin proteins share sequence homology and also have significant similarity with the CD4-binding site of the class II major histocompatibility complex (MHC) proteins. The interactions of pathogenic mycoplasmas with MHC-related antigens on host cells could contribute to a number of possible outcomes, including T-cell dysfunction, T-cell depletion, T-cell shift, B-cell proliferation, hyperglobulinemia and antigen-presenting cell dysfunction. All of these have been observed during the development and progression of HIV-AIDS.

Molecular Hydrogen (H2)
Dihydrogen is an elemental molecule consisting of two hydrogens joined by a single bond. It has a role as an antioxidant, an electron donor, a fuel, a human metabolite and a member of food packaging gas. It is an elemental hydrogen, a gas molecular entity and an elemental molecule.

PA produced by the slow pyrolysis of plant biomass is a yellowish brown or dark brown liquid with acidic pH and usually comprises a complex mixture of guaiacols, catechols, syringols, phenols, vanillins, furans, pyrans, carboxaldehydes, hydroxyketones, sugars, alkyl aryl ethers, nitrogenated derivatives, alcohols, acetic acid, and other carboxylic acids. The phenolic components, namely guaiacol, alkyl guaiacols, syringol, and alkyl syringols.

Eosinophils (eosinophiles, acidophils) are a variety of white blood cells (WBCs) and one of the immune system components responsible for combating multicellular parasites and certain infections in vertebrates.
Eosinophil granulocytes appear in large numbers in inflammation sites and in response to certain parasitic infections. These cytoplasmic granules contain positively charged proteins that characterize the cells.

Chlamydomonas Reinhardtii
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chlamydomonas_reinhardtii
Chlamydomonas reinhardtii is a single-cell green alga about 10 micrometres in diameter that swims with two flagella. It has a cell wall made of hydroxyproline glycoproteins, a large cup-shaped chloroplast, a large pyrenoid, and an eyespot that senses light.
Genetically engineered C. reinhardtii has been used to produce a mammalian serum amyloid protein, a human antibody protein, human Vascular endothelial growth factor, a potential therapeutic Human Papillomavirus 16 vaccine, a potential malaria vaccine (an edible algae vaccine), and a complex designer drug that could be used to treat cancer.
