Pictures make a huge difference around here I've noticed, and the first image of your post becomes your post thumbnail .
A catchy headline and good thumbnail can make or break a post at the moment, especially for a new user starting out with low reputation and steem power..
For images you will need to upload to an image hosting service for the time being, I personally use and recommend @blueorgy 's steemimg.com , but imgur works too..
You just need to get the direct image link and paste it in here, and it will display automatically in the preview .
All good advice from @ausitbank Max, a few pictures, and breaking up the text chunks into more palatable pieces is always appreciated by the reader.
It might mean a little bit more work, but the formatting is well worth it, to do justice to the great content that you're bringing to steemit. You could also upload your weekly crowhouse videos. I'm sure that they would also be well received here.
