Avoid Junk Food As Much As You Can

Before talking about the presentation,I’d like to explain the meaning of “junk”.It means useless and extra.So junk food is unhealthy food including fast food.It contains many fat,calories,but not nutrition such as protein or vitamin.Some common junk food are packaging potato fried,hamburger,pizza,soft drink,and something like that.
✔️One of the disadvantages of eating junk food is obesity.Obesity is getting too fat.Because of including many sweet,fat,we can get obesity easily.In most of the teenagers,watching TV on end or playing video games continuously by eating photo chips or sweet is not a good habit.It can increase the rate of obesity.Through the obesity,many diseases can come into our body.Diseases like high blood pressure,kidney,liver,heart and even in our brain functions.Finally,we can die...
✔️The next point is eating junk food is look like wasting money.Why we do all spend money uselessly?In my experience,I wake up every morning.I swept and I prepare to go to university.But I’ve no time to have breakfast because sometimes I’m in hurry but sometimes I’m not hungry.Because of many reasons,I don’t eat breakfast at home most of the week days.So what happened to me?I become hungry when I arrive at university.So I go to the store and I bought the boiled noodle and soft drink.By eating them,we can disappear our appetite but we never got nutrition.therefore,This is just wasting money on useless things.
✔️So how should we eat for our health?We should eat many organic foods and nutritious food such as fresh fruits or milk products or bread like that.1155BF6F-1A02-443E-90E1-EBED841D56E7.jpegWe should do physical exercises like running, walking, jogging,playing football and so on.

Here is what I do to get away with eating junk food. There are two key parts. First is high dose easy nutrition in liquid form from raw organic ingredients. I drinks tons of raw cacao, kombucha, maca, molasses, coconut sugar, pink salt, chaga mushroom, bee pollen, unpasturized apple cider vinegar, raw honey, spirulina, organic coffee, organic cold pressed coconut oil, ect, just pounding this stuff back all day as I intake water.

Second part is fasting, I can have almost all of the aforementioned ingredients and not break a fast. I stop eating several hours before bed, and I wake up and continue to fast for several hours, for typically over 12 hours minimum, up to 16 hours. I'll do a workout at the end of the fasted state and then eat food.

Then when I pig out on sushi or pizza, I don't care!
