Yes I get what you're saying. I'm new to this, just a few days, and have started posting my content, all of which I'm proud of and worked hard at. Even my @introduceyourself posting was seen by very few. Others posted after mine have received many steem dollars, and are essentially trivial hellos, from teenage girls and pictures of their cat. I understand that the content will always remain here, so I'm posting what I consider entertaining or at least cool personal stories and artwork, but I fear these postings are largely missed, and won't be seen or acknowledged until I'm into my 50th post. And only then can I begin to reap a monetary reward. (Not that it's important, but it's nice icing on the cake). And believe me, it takes more than a week for me to create an article including the artwork, timelapse video, images, and descriptions etc. Sadly, if I posted Star Wars or a nude in the title image, I may get those upvotes and comments. But that has zero to do with the quality articles I'm committed to produce. So I get it. Thanks for echoing my thoughts.
