I think you're frustrated.. and so many of us are. But I keep reading the same post, again and again. and i think it's time we stop talking about it - and come up with possible solutions.

so i'm going to. :)

and i DO read posts. and i DO read comments. and there has got to be a way to start moving towards quality, community, appreciation, connection AND rewards.

so i'm gonna try! lol and if i fail - who cares. i'll get more feedback and try again! lol

but i'm not gonna read another post about this or engage with anybody else until i actually try to DO something about it :) wish me luck! hahaha (oh - and i know i'm not even a minnow... but who cares!) LOL
