Hi friend i have a question regarding upvotes not given to minnows as high lvl users gets instant upvote on their post as well as on comments,and low minnows are not even upvoted for their posts comment is for just name. for low minnows this is how the low minnows are getting treated badly and their is no power or shield to protect minnows from big shark bcz there one vote can bring minnows to either at low lvl or make them stop using steem.
