Hello, people!
It's my first post on Steemit and I can't wait to try it. I have one thing which is done very cool. That's how I signed up here. I do not understand why Steemit did not ask me to fill hundreds rows of information about me, my family. They forgot to make me upload a photo of my profile. It was really awesome. They generated a password for me.
Just think. Really I do everyday registration on a new website because I want to try it. I like new web technologies. But I do not like when new services ask me every time to fill a lot of fields, they ask to confirm my person, they ask really a lot of information. Internet was always based on freedom. Can you imagine that the police stops you every hour for search? No, they do not do it. The authentication is well thought thing and I believe that it was thought only for security of our data. But the way how people use it definitely could be much better.
I think that most sites should allow users the biggest part of their service without authentication. If I just want to read other tweets or tweet a few words per week can I do it only give my email? If I do not want to keep a page on Facebook because I still do not know what to do with it can I get the simplest version of authentication which allows me to read public pages and make a few comments per month? No, it's not so simple. And it can be a problem. Idk, maybe it's not a problem and the most of people like when surfing on the Internet connected with regular filling of a lot of forms and sign ups.
Thank you who have read my first post. And please feel free to share your view in comments.
And my apologies for my English. I'm not a native speaker. If my text became a reason of your headache please do not share it and do not read again. Y'all have a good day!
