Working on Technique

My wife continues her prep for the OCR World Championships in Canada in October. This weekend she spent time at a couple of OCR training facilities working on technique.

On Saturday morning she worked with Aussie Champ Jason Reardon at his Run, Jump, Craw facility in Kogarah (https://www.facebook.com/runjumpcrawlSydney/)

On Sunday with the rest of the family she visited Burns Outdoor Training centre in Bringelly (http://boot.net.au/) and worked on a number of obstacles in an outdoor setting.
