Am I suffering from schizophrenia or am I having a spiritual awakening

Am I suffering from schizophrenia or am I having a spiritual awakening ? Have you ever asked yourself this question and been scared to ask people?
Anyway about 3 years ago was the start of my journey in which I have only really just started to come to terms with the fact that it's all very real and I have not gone totally 🦇 s*** crazy.
Anyway I think all started whilst I was at work in Asia and an employee told me he had never seen so much energy radiating off someone as much as he did me, at the time I had no idea what he was talking about but thought I'd listen to him anyway, he told me how to see auras etc that same night I spent hours looking and couldn't believe it I was seeing energy radiating off everyone and everything. I believe he trigured something in my mind that I was already capable of. I can visualize sense and manipulate energy it's really incredible how powerful our minds are, I can change my eyesight when ever from normal to a higher perception. I can send energy to other people so that they can feel it.
I have also had lots of strange experiences seeing static, flashes of light and sensing something else is present. I feel as though I can feel other people emotions and it can really affect how I am.
Only this last year have I really come to terms with it all and I beleive it was trying to teach me something in life. I feel like a completely different person. If you ever have these experiences don't be afraid just observe and let it be.
