I’m surprised that you think you can compare yourself to the likes of Mr Beast. You are in no way in the league of such content creators.
Your content doesn’t appear to attract engagement. For example, you supposedly have an huge following here and yet this post has one pointless and empty comment and then my comment. And that’s it.
So, while I agree that your plan to turn your business into a profitable one is sound (i.e removing large and ineffective expenses and focusing on revenue streams that can be cheaply and quickly improved on) I also think that you need to look at the type of content that you produce and how you can make it more engaging and of value to your following.
And stop comparing yourself to the big and successful names out there. You are not in their league.
