I think one of the reason is also some new steemians choose to use bots and they pay sbd for the bots services. The demand is rising I guess. Though it is just a small percentage to add to the reason why sbd price go super crazy. I will be waiting when other exchange platforms add steem and sbd too.

Not really. 99% of that sbd comes from the steemit platform not from markets. ALso, part of the sbd received by bots goes out to bittrex / polo (so it's sold on the market), as you can see from their wallet transfers
