Absolutely no question it's been my investment of time on Steem. As a guy with literally no money to invest, I mean I was living in my dad's basement basically when I joined here, its pretty amazing that I have 1000 Steem tokens to call my own AND the income stream that continues to generate more.
Maybe before that, the smart thing was all of the reading of difficult documents like the bitcoin white paper, then Nick Szabo essays and Vtalik Buterin's stuff and on and on. That wasnt easy but that was probably why I knew steem was such a big deal when I saw it.

I hear ya on this @heymattsokol ! Steem is certainly not my biggest or most successful crypto investment, but it is one of my favorite. I certainly put more time into my Steem investment than anything else. For me, Steem holds the possibility of showing world what crypto looks like beyond just monetary exchange. I've made the personal decision to post all of my short fiction writing (a professional hobby for me) on SteemIt to underscore my commitment to the platform and to hopefully be a positive player in the "proof of brain" space here on Steemit. This platform certainly has its issues, but I'm game, I'm here to do my best to add value to the platform and to show the world that content creators can own their own content and profit off of it without have to pay the intermediary leeches or give up their privacy.
