They've also been lucky to be here early and figure out the ways to get to a lot of stake but giving back is something that seems ridiculous to them - on a platform that literally incentivizes you for rewarding others. Am I the only one that finds this behavior shocking?

Nope my friend, I see it too and it is disgusting. I see people who write blog post after blog post and get huge payouts but refuse to upvote decently written Comments on their blogs...these are Comments from Users helping to build up their blog. To me that is insanity and cannot begin to wrap my head around that kind of Greed ! :(

if I were to help grow your influence on Steem through voting or delegation, what would you focus on doing with it in the future?

I would continue doing what Iam doing now but on a larger scale. I am a HUGE proponenet of Engagement and Upvote all decent quality Comments on my Blog at least 25%-100% powered Upvotes. And that doesn't matter if they have SP of 500K or 5K ;)

Also ramp up my Initiative I started a few months ago called DtubeRockers where I spotlight and reward Content creators who really rock the dtube platform with an emphasis on superb Engagement and high quality Commenting.
