Spend months convince people why they should join, onboard them and them guide them to find those few mini upvotes every day.

Teach them to use dtube, Steemhunt, and hopefully more to come.

Basically, that would mean roll out a 50Mbps connection with few routers in an area of unbanked who have only data when they have spare funds. Barely ever.

Then get them on this platform which requires no modern device, no wallet, etc...

Lastly, while always striving to improve my own craft, continue to fight for an inclusive internet. An Internet also for those without English literature college degree.

The internet, Steem and blockchain, should empower.

If I had BIG stake, I would run community cleanup and education projects with those same people. Similar to Bounties network.

But take it to the unbanked, not just talk about them.

I live amongst them. I don’t think all about them, I talk to them.

Tl;DR: nothing which requires dele or stake I would do. Just further propagation of the power of the internet and take it to those who dont yet know it.
