You can make awesome Vietnamese fresh spring rolls at home very easily! Hope you’ll like it and let me know if you try the recipe yourselves and share your pictures ☺
Ingredients for 6 rolls:
6-8 oz of cooked rice noodle
12 cooked shrimps
3 oz of shredded carrot
1 bunch of fresh coriander
6-8 leaves of lettuce
6 rice paper
- Soak rice paper into water quickly and wait a few seconds to get soften
- Place lettuce leaf, rice noodle, shredded carrot and a few leaves of coriander in the bottom part of the rice paper
- Wrap them to make a small packet. Before wrapping completely, place the two shrimps so that shrimps can be seen from the rice paper. Voila! Now you have a fresh Vietnamese spring roll ☺
Peanut & Sweet and Sour sauce:
For peanut sauce, mix 1 oz of peanut butter, 1.5 Tbl of honey, 1 Tbl of soy sauce and 2-3 Tbl of water
For sweet and sour sauce, mix 1 lemon juice, 1 Tbl of honey, and some chili pepper
these are great with peanut sauce

You should try adding a fresh mint leaf in the roll together with the coriander :)
