A traditional bread to enjoy with good friends and mead.
1.5 dl barley flour,
0.5 dl whole wheat flour,
2 teaspoons crushed flaxseed,
1 dl water,
1/2 tablespoons lard,
2 pinches of ginger,
1 pinch of salt.
Mix ingredients for a dough to rest cold for two days. The bread becomes smoother, darker and richer flavor than if they are baked directly.

Dumb out 8 round bread, making four pinch in the sides so that the bread looks like a four-leaf clover. Do three small indentations as decoration on top. Bake in oven at 150 degrees 10-13 minutes, or in a pan over an open fire (the result can then be a bit odd).
