Ma belle, Michelle

I made this small drawing to a beautiful girl that I met here in Barquisimeto and became a great friend of mine, these last months she was gathering to leave the country and dates are so close that makes me feel sad and happy at the same time, because it is another special person that unfortunately I will not have the pleasure of seeing again, maybe in a long time, but I'm glad she look for her happiness even if she could not find it here, and it's so difficult, we push our desire to live so much that we're already feeling the fatigue in the arms and I speak in general. Anyway, I have not shown it yet and I hope she will like it, she supports me a lot with my art and always tells me to be authentic, so I did not want to make a common portrait.
I did not take a picture of the process because as you should know and I have said several times in some previous posts, I am so entertained doing the drawing that I forget that I must do that other part when it is too late :l. However, I will tell you the story hahaha.
This drawing took me about 30 minutes, I used colors (red and blue) directly to build the face, I'm building it from the eye, adding the shadows to guide the symmetry of the features, so I'm building all the parts, I used markers (they are borrowed, but I could not bear the temptation to use them at least for a small drawing) in this way gives a more neofigurative touch, adding some lines that I am implementing lately in my work. The truth is that I am on an experimental wave, looking for and looking for me, I try to find my plastic language that maybe it will take me half of life to decipher; the flashes of black I had to place them because the image of the face was lost with the intensity of the other colors.

Hice este pequeño dibujo a una preciosura que conocí acá en Barquisimeto y se volvió una gran amiga mía, estos últimos meses estuvo reuniendo para irse del país y ya las fechas se ven tan cerca que me hace sentir triste y feliz, ya que es otra persona especial que lastimosamente no tendré el placer de volver a ver, tal vez en mucho tiempo, pero me alegro que busque su felicidad si no la pudo encontrar aquí, y es que es tan difícil, empujamos tanto nuestras ganas de vivir que ya se esta sintiendo el cansancio en los brazos y hablo en general. De todas maneras, aun no se lo he mostrado y espero que le vaya a gustar, ella me apoya mucho con mi arte y siempre me dice que sea autentica, así que no le quise hacer un retrato común.
No le tomé foto al proceso porque como ya deben saber y lo he dicho varias veces en algunos post anteriores, me entretengo tanto haciendo el dibujo que se me olvida que debo hacer esa otra parte ya cuando es muy tarde :l. Sin embargo, les echaré el cuento jajaja.
Este dibujo me tomó hacerlo unos 30 minutos, utilicé colores(rojo y azul) directamente para construir el rostro, este lo voy armando desde el ojo, agregándole las sombras para guiar la simetría de las facciones, así le voy construyendo todas las partes, usé marcadores(son prestados, pero no pude aguantar la tentación de usarlos por lo menos para un pequeño dibujo) de esta manera le da un toque mas neofigurativo, agregándole algunas lineas que últimamente estoy implementando en mis trabajos. La verdad es que ando en una onda experimental, buscando y buscándome, trato de encontrar mi lenguaje plástico que tal vez me tome la mitad de la vida descifrar; los destellos de negro tuve que colocarlos porque la imagen del rostro se perdía con la intensidad de los otros colores.
