Good morning.

My publications never speak of politics or of that dirty and corrupt world, but for some years I have seen something that has been worsening every day and that with the passage of days it is seen more often in the streets of Venezuela. They are the children of my country asking for food to be able to eat, maybe if they are lucky, they only get enough to eat only once a day.

The worst thing is that we are all going through this crisis, many times some children have come to my house to ask for food, whether cooked or uncooked, I always help with what I have at that moment because it breaks my heart. Something that only happened once a week or maybe less, now is seen almost every day and more and more children are on the streets asking for food.

Elsewhere in Venezuela there are those who say that not only children ask for food in these cities, but also older people, in some cases it is worse because children and grandparents resort to garbage to see if they find some food to satisfy hunger.

My drawing is about an angel or maybe it's just a sad mother for the uncertain future that we Venezuelans. This needs to go through a necessary change and that all these politicians enter the prison, they must pay for all the tears and the suffering that the mothers have endured when they see their children dying for lack of medicines or to see their children hungry and not to have food.
