It's the second one and it follows him as he is the emperor. He tries to avoid conspiracies while also trying to pick a future for the universe that is less bad than the horrible ones he has seen.
Ah yes thank you, I wanted to tell you about another one I read but I just realized I could spoil it for u then, we can discuss once u read them a bit more:D I was way to young when I read them but they really stand the time well considering when they were written. you inspired me to go read them again:-)
Yeah I re-read the first one last month, and was finally old enough to appreciate it as waaaay more than just a cool sci- fi story.
We should definitely talk when I read the next one!
