Don't forget the black drops dripping from the side. The self-righteous start a war on all things that are deemed bad/evil/negative creating a life/society that is part hollow and without balance. "WC?" is an anime reference and the Sunglass over the heart isn't a direct reference. But if you watch the 2 videos I posted you'd make up a good connection.
