I have had them since i was a child. Astral projections can happen consciously or unconsciously. The human body is composed of other bodies besides the physical one. You have the emotional body and the ethereal or astral body as well.

The scientific proof that astral projections can happen and do exist confirms the existence of other dimensions and worlds that are in frequencies different than this one.

we live in a third dimensional frequency and reality. To get t o fourth dimensional realities you can do that by astral projections, or, if you are prepared, you can project your physical body there. To do that requires mind and body preparation and that you acknowledge the existence of other realms and worlds besides this one.

Other entities exists in those other frequencies and realms. Most extraterrestial come from those realms and that is why we can not see them without preparation, or, if they allow us to.

Unlocking and gaining access to your astral body means that all of your body's chakras are all aligned. You have no hate, remorse, desire for vengeance or hate.

That alignment will not only allow you to see that frequency and the entities that live in them, but, you can communicate with them as well being able to expand your knowledge about how many worlds or types of life exist.
