I have the coloring disease.

in #art7 years ago

I discovered the world of coloring by accident really. I live with my cousin & her autistic son. It's always a challenge finding birthday or Christmas gifts for my cousin's son because you just don't know what he'll be interested in & because he's severely Autistic he's unable to tell you. One day searching for gifts I picked up some coloring books, crayons & colored pencils. Well, turns out, he hates coloring (lol) & two years down the road I turn out to be the one, still, with the coloring bug. Because of my disabilities I don't venture out much into the world anymore except for going to the grocery store or doctor's visits but I can color; as a matter of a fact, I'm coloring fool! I found coloring to be the most wonderful and stress relieving venue for me using beautiful illustrations from some of the popular adult coloring books by artists like Johanna Basford, Maria Trolle, and especially Hanna Karlzon (my favorite I think) & several more. I hope you will enjoy my interpretations of these beautiful illustrations; Just some pretty colors thrown together to hopefully brighten your day. I love to share my pictures & I will be happy to answer any questions on the medias I use & more than happy to help you with any coloring tips. Thanks so much for stopping by!21616296_1627904450573888_1399781963962450920_n.jpg
