I took this photo when i went to an art gallery, in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Medical cannabis has become legal the last year (march 2017), but the law doesn't permit to patients to grow their own plants. If you need weed for health, you've to buy it in the black market, or spend a lot of money buying the oil to medical labs. You can't be the own of your treatment...or your wallet.
This's the situation today we've today.
If u can't plant only for health...WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU GET CAUGHT WITH WEED FOR RECREATION BY THE POLICE?!
