One of the impressive painting in the exhibition was the golden geese painting.
Unlike western paintings drawn with the oil colors, the traditional paintings in the Eastern Asia were drawn with water colors.
So the mistake was not permitted in painting.
One touch was the principle in the traditional painting.
In this manner, the paintings with the gold were exceptionally amazing to me.
The painter painted the geese with the gold, and the paintings were so impressive.
The painter expressed the geese in the various appearances from the various views.
People were full in front of that painting, so it was difficult to take the photos.

I still think how could they do that! 1st how they mad that golden color, then, how they draw such amazing artwork without making mistakes! That's the most outstanding thing, draw without errors!

Very beautiful screen! Such a stunning example of this traditional art. They truly make a wonderful backdrop to your house and I'm sure such a popular way to decorate.
I have to wonder why China and Japan import screens all the time to the US, yet to be in possession of a Korean one is rare! I am not sure why that is.
I like that he used Gold Paint on the black silk. A truly wonderful piece of art! How lucky you are to see this exhibit!

I love the simple elegance of the design. My wife is a professional artist and it always amazes me how they can make such beauty with so little effort.
Looks really great and the background texture gives it immense look.
I think the fact that the geeese had different dimension which it's drawn explains the fact that there are several interpretation to the geese drawing, the golden water colours are so magnificent really, what a capture the golden geese painting is more than amazing
@slowwalker, Exactly I got massive experience after following those folding screens. These Golden Geese Paintings bring me different world. It also show proud of eastern culture.
Absolutely correct. More Asians used water color paintings. Water color paintings superior looks indeed. Various appearances of golden geese surprising me lot.
Wow it is indeed impressive and as with Gold the painting is indeed quite awesome as well (No wonder people were anxious to take a look at it). The precision of it and the artwork of the creator have to say it is indeed one of a kind artwork.

Yes this is like a early type of animation it seems to me. The interesting thing to me is that time seems to be flowing from the right to the left. I am not sure but maybe that is how reading is done there, from right to left. Well done!
