What is Boodle Fight?
A Filipino tradition of eating originated from the Philippine military where a big pile of food under a banana leaf with huge amount of white rice in the middle and other Filipino viands like tocino, longaniza and tapa.
Grilled meats like chicken and pork are also the favorites. To balance out the taste there is usually fruits and vegetables serve alongside the meats most common are mangoes pineapples and some kraut like vegetables Filipinos called atchara.
Forks and Spoon
No use for utensils on this kind of a fight . Here we use our bare hands the more savage you are the better meaning more food for you!
Spirit of sharing!
Today you can see Boodle fights being use in family reunions. Team buildings, barkada night outs etc. There are even restaurants serving Boodle style dining.
