@randowhale I have a question. As far as I know after HF19 voting on a post that already has a bit of a payout amount won't increase the amount of the vote amount more than with a post with low payout value. Your vote stays the same no matter how much the post is currently worth.

Am I wrong or is there another reason why we should vote later on a post and not right away?

Also, I am seeing votes upwords of 2.5% did the rules change?
