Niara an original character

Hey again

Okay so yesterday i was looking through some of my old drawings and found this. for some reason it caught my eye and i decided to work a bit more on the character. by giving her a name, a little bit of personality and make some more drawings. and that is exactly what i did. so here are everything i've made up about her yet. it's all just a first draft and i might end up changing her entire background, but since i had nothing else to post i though i would post it anyways

this is the drawing, i might have posted it before but i can't remember, also it says its from 2016 but it's from 2017

the first things i made was the basics about her like her name, age and height:

Name: Niara
Age: 19
Height: 166 cm
Weigh: ???
Hair: white
Eyes: blue
Birthday: 21 January
Gender: female
Nationally: i haven't decided a name for the village she's from yet (i suck at naming things)

when i had made the basics i decided to make up a short backstory:

Niara Is a young energetic woman. She's from a small village called (town name) where she lived on a small farm with her parents. When she wasn't helping her parents on the farm she was studying light and healing magic from maria (probably gonna change the name later) the towns mage. Niara has always been very curious and loves exploring new things. So she obviously had no intentions of staying in (town name) Her entire life. so when she turned 18 she left home to travel the world. her parents weren't very happy about this decision since she was an only child and that there therefore was no one to take over the farm after them, but in the end they respected her choice to travel the world.

then her personality:

• Niara is usually always happy.
• She's curious about everything and wants to see the whole world.
• She's a smart girl with a lot of potential, but she's quite naive.
• She always wants to see the best in people and is quite friendly which is both a problem and an advantage for her.

and then i made up a few things she liked and disliked because that's always fun to make:

She likes: candy, new things, flowers, cats, running, fighting, exploring, singing, nice people, training and magic

And she dislikes: rude people, people who try to control her, chikens, sake, lying, dancing, failing

so when i had made up her characteristics i made a few drawings of her with different expressions, first of i made a drawing of her when she is happy

then i went on to draw her when she was angry

then i drew her when she is sad. i personally don't think this one turned out very well. So i might make a new one at some point

and lastly i drew this.... i don't really know what to call this expression

when i was done with that, i decided to draw a better drawing of her cloth. so i had a better reffrence of what it looked like if i ever wanted to draw some more drawings of her. i have no idea if i'm ever gonna use her for anything i just thought it would be a fun way to spend a few hours. so yeah that's everything for today :)
