Me and my colleagues wanted to make an extraordinary release party for the art books we made. Each one of us made our own art books with the same theme: Food.

Since we had the theme of food, @erlend.pederk had the brilliant idea of making our release party into a restaurant lounge.

It was a huge success!

The following pictures were taken by me on the day of the release party!

Preparations

Here my colleage @erlend.perderk (blue jacket) is fixing some important lighting.

To improve the lounge theme for our release party, the lighting was very important.

This is me fixing some walls to make the lounge smaller and more intimate.

The release party starts!

In Norway it is mandatory for restaurants to be checked by the national food agency. After the restaurant is checked, a paper needs to be posted outside the restaurant with the results. Happy smiley face means that hygiene is good, mad smiley means that hygiene is really bad.

Thankfully our restaurant was in great shape!

Our first customers ordered the tasting menu of all 11 art books. They have great taste!

What's a lounge without a bar? Our donation based bar will keep you refreshed while you are enjoying your meal.

In the background on the right is our buffet table. Full of goodies waiting to be tasted!
