Dear @xpilar,
I have always enjoyed following your photographic walks.
In my opinion, a picture and a few written sentences are not worth the payout.I find, however, that the reward you receive for your contributions is out of proportion to what others receive for similarly valuable contributions. Therefore, I decided to allocate a part of your preliminary payout back to the community pool.
I can only confirm from my experience that actual curation (using both up- and downvotes) has become economically competitive to pure reciprocal voting since #newsteem has gained traction. It requires a little more effort, but I am convinced that it contributes to a much more sustainable Steem ecosystem and thus benefits all of our investments.
Best regards!
Dear @redpalestino
I understand what you're saying and it has made me think that I need to elaborate more on why I make the digital images.
I have been doing this for a long time for others to be creative and create a story for the images created from my thoughts and imagination.
And I have given rewards for how well they make a story for my photos. Several people use my photos for their own blog to publish their story there. I give the upvote here on my blog and in addition I also give the best storyteller who posts on his own blog an upvote.
And I have succeeded in others writing about my digital images
@amart29 is very skilled, look at his blog
For some, my image may just be an image they like or dislike
But I spend many hours producing such a digital image
