According to a study carried out by New Zealand researchers, to practice a regular artistic activity would be good for the health, mental as well as physical! How and to what extent can the practice of an art have these positive effects ?

To carry out this New Zealand study, 658 adults were invited to indulge their creative desires every day for 13 days. Every day, study participants seemed to feel a real sense of well-being the next day. The researchers concluded from the study's findings that the practice of art, no matter its forms, can have a very positive impact on the content of a work day and the quality of a person's relationships.
2) It helps you to let go
Art is one of the most effective natural remedies for emptying your head, especially if intellectual tasks occupy you most of the time. When you attend your dance, singing or theater class, all your attention is focused on the present moment, and forgetting anything that may be negative in your mind, at least for a session!
In addition, moving will awaken your senses and bring you energy.
3) The art to improve your self-confidence

Art is not so bound to the idea of high art but to the gesture of giving, we should do more art, not just draw or paint, but to just understand that there is no big difference between doing a job and doing a job in a way that makes life better for someone, even if only a little bit:

Art has been proved to have several benefits on conditions as Alzheimer, with studies that support the fact that people who practice manual arts tend to suffer less of this disiease as an old person.
