This is my first post, i'm a venezuelan graphic designer and illustrator.
this idea was born of my love for the singer and my love for line drawing.
hope you like.
I will show you the step by step.
first we start with the conceptualization, it's the most important thing in the design, this provides us with the basic idea.
then we make a sketch, we can make it digital or graphite.
it's important to have references, internet is a world of opportunities for this.
we have to take this into account since our knowledge in making a large design or illustration is not very clear at the beginning.
I like that my designs have many details.
to work in an orderly way we can create every aspect of our design in several layers.
in future designs I will show you, usually I take between 1 or 2 days for designs, it depends on the details and everything that it contains.
As you can see, from this point we have a very different aspect of the design. It is a back layer where I only focus on adding the base color and details in which are the lights, shadows and so on.
This is a very important point, because we can work only with lines and the design would also be pleasant in that way.
no matter what style you have, the effort and love will make it look great
already at this point we have a basic design with all its complete features. what can we do?
YES
add an appropriate background to make our composition much stronger!!
We group the vectors, gather the missing details, create another file and start with our search for necessary references.
once with a good base with similar details, we started the composition.
with the lines already defined, we adjust details and add one or another shadow.
already at this point the satisfaction is very great, I adore when my compositions are like this, I get very sentimental.
we paint, we add more details and we reach the point where only our beautiful protagonist is missing!
Ladies and Gentlemen...
once adjusted the color, reaffirmed the details and finished the composition, we obtain this beautiful piece with this beautiful protagonist of spiritual voice and quiet force.
