"Caras vemos, corazones no sabemos" es un dicho popular escuchado en varias regiones de Latinoamérica que de una manera sarcástica, pero real nos da a entender que no podemos confiar en las apariencias de las personas, pues no nos define con exactitud lo que son ni lo que piensan. Partiendo de este dicho popular me di cuenta a través del tiempo que somos un cúmulo de arquetipos en los cuales mostramos una cantidad de colores que afloran de acuerdo a nuestro estado anímico. Si bien sabemos que el color mantiene una postura psicológica y denota características emocionales, me aprovecho de estás para asemejar, comparar, relacionar y de alguna manera darle vida a estas actitudes que nos forjan como seres pensantes, tomando en cuenta el contexto y sentimientos repentinos que nos embargan. En esta pieza llamada "El Mentiroso" quiero reflejar por medio de esta cara el conflicto que se crea a través de la mentira dando relevancia al color rojo por su contenido agresivo, violento y por supuesto pionero de ciertos ideales políticos, dos caras que se ven frente a frente y luchan verbalmente por cual mentira saldrá a relucir esta vez, mostrando el rostro principal con una sonrisa no muy convincente llena de mentiras por doquier.

"We see faces, we don't know hearts" is a popular saying heard in various regions of Latin America that in a sarcastic but real way makes us understand that we cannot trust people's appearances, because it does not define us exactly what they are. nor what they think. Starting from this popular saying, I realized over time that we are a cluster of archetypes in which we show a number of colors that emerge according to our state of mind. Although we know that color maintains a psychological posture and denotes emotional characteristics, I take advantage of you to resemble, compare, relate and in some way give life to these attitudes that shape us as thinking beings, taking into account the context and sudden feelings that they seize us. In this piece called "The Liar" I want to reflect through this face the conflict that is created through the lie, giving relevance to the color red for its aggressive, violent content and of course the pioneer of certain political ideals, two faces that are seen face to face and they fight verbally over which lie will come out this time, showing the main face with a not very convincing smile full of lies everywhere.

El neoexpresionismo y lo visceral se hacen presentes dejando fluir colores puros , saturados y llenos de texturas los cuales dan mayor relevancia a las caras planteadas por el artista.

A simple vista es un cuadro de gran formato donde se muestran una cantidad considerable de colores, pero mas allá podemos observar lo que me plantee desde el momento de la creación, hoy en día vivimos en un mundo lleno de muchas mentiras, donde el mayor descaro se hace relevante en puestos que ameritan un supuesto "poder" y ansias insaciables de controlar todo y a todos, ese es el caso de esta cara,la cara de la mentira peleandose entre ella, mostrando rostros agresivos, llenos de deseos y ambiciones perversas, resaltando colores que siempre han dominado masas y quizás cubriéndose bajo ellos para tapar tantas injusticias gracias a las mentiras que no nos salvarán.

At first glance it is a large-format painting where a considerable amount of colors are shown, but beyond that we can observe what I was raised from the moment of creation, today we live in a world full of many lies, where the greatest impudence becomes relevant in positions that deserve a supposed "power" and insatiable desire to control everything and everyone, that is the case of this face, the face of the lie fighting with each other, showing aggressive faces, full of desires and perverse ambitions, highlighting colors that have always dominated masses and perhaps covering themselves under them to cover so many injustices thanks to the lies that will not save us.
