1 year ago I left my job due to intense substance induced anxiety disorder, I was a mess, just being aware of my own heartbeat led to a panic attack, the slightest nerve tickling moments sent me over the edge. I had to keep my mind occupied, away from reality... So I started this...
I found some old curtains and decided they needed a 'slight' makeover. Well, just one of them anyways. It's 2m x 2m, started off by freestyling a design in pencil. Once happy, I went over the pencil with a permanent marker, actually 4 of them, you'd be surprised how ink thirsty fabric can be. The color detailing took me just under a year to complete, progressing when life allowed it... Today, I am proud to say I've completed this massive piece of art... It signifies I am still able to and very capable of getting things done, no matter what life throws in the way. Never give up, you and the body you possess are the pinnacle of the most refined biological process in the universe. The energy which defines you has been around since the very beginning... Why would it end now? Go!!
