It looks like it could be a book manuscript or a paper(Master's thesis or something). It looks old but could be more recent. Take a magnifying glass and look at it closely. If there are tiny dots of ink it's dot matrix. Lithographs and serographs do not have these dots. No dots is good, dots bad. Good luke! If it's not dot matrix, you can usually find appraisers online.
