I found him in a old sketchbook and I really liked him! So I did a redraw (=゜ω゜)
Hi's a magician and enjoy doing potions. That's why his skin is blue/gray and has a tail (=ω=;)
But in his universe (the world I created) this is a normal thing (n˘v˘•)¬
