I heard an artist say, she liked doing portraits, landscapes weren't for her ; I could relate to this, but I instinctively knew, if she saw my work , she would think I am a landscape artist, because I do a lot of nature mountain foothill type drawings too. It has been a long time ambition to bring out the human qualities in nature that I render artistically. I made a painting of some woods once, (it's been sold, now) with a whole party going on in the woodwork of the bark of the trees, many portraits made it to that landscape. I just wanted to recognize your idea of portraits in landscapes, that's rally a cool idea, I like your work on it a lot!
