hello friends of steemit, today at work this anecdote crossed my mind and I want to share it with you. I want to talk to you a little about coffee, and especially about espresso coffee, which is the fundamental part of every coffee we prepare. I say this because he lives in my day to day because I am introduced to the world of barista. Here I leave a list of the different espresso coffee that exist and that serves us as a base for baristas and thus get a good presentation of it.
Espresso coffee, named after the method used to make it and the way it is served, is a staple in all coffee shops.
However, there are many types of coffee whose base is espresso, thanks to the coffee obtained, which makes it possible to prepare other beverages such as cappuccino or latte coffee.
If you still do not know what we are talking about, it is a type of Italian coffee elaboration. For its preparation it is advisable to mix the varieties of arabica coffees or blends with little robustness.
Among other particularities, the cup with which the espresso coffee should be served should be kept at a certain temperature, to prevent the coffee from cooling or being required when coming into contact with the cold walls of the cup.
Let's see what are the different types of espresso. Do you know any of the following?
Types of Espresso Coffee
Espresso.
The hot water passes at high pressure through the ground and pressed coffee and between the pressure and the CO2, it drains the soluble matters, giving a coffee of first extraction, with character and with an emulsion that forms a dense cream (formation of microbubbles) and persistent.
It is an extraction between 25 and 35 ml that occurs in about 25 seconds.
Espresso coffee with panna or Viennese coffee.
An espresso cut with whipped cream instead of milk froth. Addictive, the perfect coffee for the sweet tooth.
Roman Espresso Coffee
It is served with a lemon rind.
Espresso Doppio.
This type of espresso contains the sparkle of coffee to give you all the energy you need. A double espresso prepared in the dipper or double filter, but all in the same cup. With double the coffee and caffeine. Stop!
Espresso Machiato Coffee
A normal espresso to which is added, at most, a third of frothy hot milk. What we know here as a "cut".
American coffee prepared with an espresso machine.
An elongated espresso coffee, with a softer touch when adding 100 ml of hot water.
Ristretto Espresso Coffee
Strong, small and concentrated. This type of espresso coffee contains the same amount as a normal one, but more concentrated. It is served in a reduced espresso cup at about 15 or 20 ml.
Coretto Espresso Coffee
This type of espresso coffee is usually taken with breakfast in northern Italy and served with a few drops of liquor, brandy, grappa or brandy. In Spain we know it as carajillo, although here the drink that we combine is usually different, usually cognac.
to finish I want to show you why it is important to make a good espresso, teaching them my daily work with some of my art latte
